Our commitment to volunteering

Whiteready is proud to support colleagues who, like Alessio and Franco, choose to dedicate their time and expertise to the common good.
Volunteering embodies the values we recognize and promote: responsibility, solidarity, and civic engagement.

Digital Training for the Community
Franco Abitante, a member of the WhiteReady team, passionately dedicates his time to teaching computer science at the FARO Association. With patience and expertise, he imparts practical digital skills to participants, fostering inclusion and autonomy in daily life. Thanks to Franco's voluntary contribution, FARO offers targeted digital literacy courses for its employees. The lessons, designed to be accessible and practical, enable participants to use digital tools for communication, access online services, and improve their quality of life. Franco's approach to training combines technical rigor with great humanity. He tailors the content to the real needs of the participants, transforming complex concepts into concrete and useful exercises. His commitment has made possible the digital inclusion of many citizens in the area.
Commitment and Responsibility in the Community
Alessio Bravi , a member of the WhiteReady team, dedicates part of his time to civil service as a volunteer with the Civil Protection of Città di Castello. With professionalism and a team spirit, he contributes to prevention activities, emergency response, and support for local communities.
Alessio's experience in Civil Protection exemplifies our corporate culture of responsibility and service. He participates in drills, emergency interventions, and civil protection activities, bringing rigor, organizational skills, and a strong focus on the safety of individuals to the field. Thanks to Alessio's volunteer efforts, many local prevention and assistance initiatives have received tangible support. His contribution strengthens the resilience of the area and represents an example of how professional skills can be utilized for the benefit of the community.

“Volunteering in Civil Protection means being ready to help, continuously learning, and working as a team when it really matters”

Repairing water boreholes in Eritrea

This Zoba Debub Community Boreholes project will provide long term access to safe and clean drinking water to hundreds of households within the Zoba Debub district in Eritrea, using borehole technology. Boreholes are used to access safe clean water from underground. Holes as deep as 100m are drilled into the ground, and drilling pipes are installed. A hand pump is then fitted meaning that water can be pumped out by hand.
This project  supplies the local community with a source of clean, safe, drinking water, helping to improve health and relieve poverty.
